The Blue Protocol Evil Healer has a spawn condition, which is to defeat the goblin enemies at the foot of the Calm Mountain.

The Calm Mountain is the only location where the Blue Protocol Evil Healer can spawn. The nearest transfer portal is L’Alpal, we suggest that players to get on their mounts to travel there.
