What is the Bridge of Khazad Dum?
Durin’s Bridge better known as The Bridge of Khazad Dum is a mighty and narrow 50 ft long bridge that curves slightly up at the center. It has no railings as part of its purpose. Located just near the East Gate of Moria, this bridge was made as an ancient defense for enemies who managed to slip past the entrance. It remained a formidable defense mechanism before it was broken by Gandalf & the Balrog.
Prepare your tools – Adamant Hammer
When building any structure, having your tools on you and ready for us is of the utmost importance. In this case, before building the Bridge of Khazad Dum, you would need a better and more capable hammer for the mission. The Adamant Hammer does more than wonders for the bridge. To forge this tank of a hammer, you will need a number of materials. Listed below are its complete ingredients. To craft this beast of a hammer, you must go specifically to the Khuzdul Forge and scroll a bit down to the tools category. There, you will find the Adamant hammer.

After crafting your Adamant Hammer and collecting the resources to rebuild the bridge, you may now proceed to the bridge itself and rebuild it. After rebuilding the bridge, the goal will be completed and the Dimrill Gate rests just up ahead. The Dimrill gate is the way out of Khazad Dum. From there, you can now say goodbye to Aric, Raven of Erebor. Once you’ve finished rebuilding the bridge and bidding farewell to Aric, a new goal will commence. Prepare for Durin’s return.
