The Blue Protocol Dark Green Fang is under the Boar System. They’re included in the list of enemies found in the game that can only appear when their spawn condition is met.

Spawn Conditions
The Dark Green Fang has a spawn condition, which is to defeat a certain amount of Boars in the area of Andorra Basin. The number of the total defeated Boars is accumulated in the server, meaning if multiple people defeat the nearby Boars, the Blue Protocol Dark Green Fang will spawn quicker.

The Andorra Basin is the only area that can spawn the Blue Protocol Dark Green Fang.
To get to Andorra Basin, there is a nearby Transfer Portal “Lay Rest” players should use when moving. Travelling to the left of the Andorra Basin is where these beasts can spawn. Players should look out for their opening attack, which is fairly easy to dodge and doesn’t deal as much damage.
