The Blue Protocol Pink Uribo has a spawn condition, which is to defeat a certain amount of Uribo in the area of Plains of the Sea Ringing. The number of defeated Uribo is accumulated in the server, meaning if multiple people defeat the nearby Uribos, the Blue Protocol Pink Uribo will spawn quicker.

The Sea Ringing Meadow is the only area that can spawn the Blue Protocol Pink Uribo.
To get to the Sea Ringing Meadow, players need to move from Astellalies since there is no transfer portal nearby. These enemies don’t deal much damage and are easy to defeat by dodging their attacks and striking them right after.
