Blue Protocol Red Droplets
The Blue Protocol Red Droplets is under the Goblin system. They’re included in the list of enemies found in the game that can only appear when their spawn conditions are met.

Spawn Conditions
For you to be able to spawn the Blue Protocol Red Droplets, you need to defeat a certain amount of enemies. The Red Droplets are known to appear during the day only.

The Minster Hills is the only area that can spawn the Blue Protocol Red Droplets.
Red Droplets spawn in the upper right corner of the Minster Hills. If you move from the transfer portal near the Giant Dragon’s Claw Dungeon, you can get there immediately.
