Blue Protocol Rough Fang King
The Blue Protocol Rough Fang King is under the Boar System. They’re included in the list of enemies found in the game that can only appear when their spawn conditions are met.

Spawn Conditions
The Blue Protocol Rough Fang King has a spawn condition, in which players need to defeat a certain amount of Boar enemies in the area.
Appearance Level: 49
Conclusion
The Asteria Plain is the only area that can spawn the Blue Protocol Rough Fang King.
To get to the Asteria Plain you will need to step out of the city of Asteria as these two locations are connected to each other. These enemies can be easily dealt with by dodging their attacks and striking when they’re open.
It’s recommended that your class level is higher than 40 since the Rough Fang King appears at level 49. Players should stay alert when fighting the Rough Fang King since it can Restrain your character which could potentially be the cause of failing to defeat the mob.
