The Blue Protocol Sky Serpent is under the Yanma System. They’re included in the list of enemies found in the game that can only appear when their spawn condition is met.

Spawn Conditions
The Blue Protocol Sky Serpent has a spawn condition, which is to defeat a Kagachi Yamma at the waterside south of the Rizze Trade Route.

The Sky Serpents are quite tanky with all their HP, It is recommended to increase your class level to 17 and to fight them with other players or in a party.
