How to start the Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation

Like the other Additional Investigations, the Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation can be started at any time once you have completed the initial investigation in the Main Quest line. Once the initial investigation is done, you can start the Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation by going to the “Missions” tab in the Command Menu, and selecting the “Investigations” category.

Remember, though, that the dungeon will require you to have a Battle Score of at least 3290 and above, and a Class Level of at least 40 and above. Once you meet these requirements, you can queue in with 5 other people for co-op, or you can go in solo if you are looking for a challenge.

Completing the Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation

The Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation has a 30 minute time limit, and is pretty much straightforward – you will have to push through the dungeon’s different Battle Areas and clear them by defeating all of the enemies in them. Notable enemies are Spheres like Laser Gazers and Quad Arms. There are environmental hazards as well, like the floor spikes and gas spouts. The final boss, the Temple Guardian, can be fought at the last area of the dungeon. Defeating the Temple Guardian within the time limit completes the investigation.

Increase your Class Level to 43

Though the Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation only requires you to be at least Class Level 40, a lot of mobs in the dungeon are at level 45. Being at least 43 will reduce the level gap, and make things easier for you and your party.

Increase your stun resistance

There are a ton of enemies that can stun you in the Temple of Blessings. Raising your stun resistance with Enhance Images is recommended before heading out, as this will increase your survivability in the investigation.

Take out the Laser Gazers

In battle, try to defeat the Laser Gazers first. They can attack from a long distance, and a bunch of them can make dodging attacks a bit difficult. Take them out first with long range attacks before focusing on other monsters!

Defeating the Temple Guardian

The Temple of Blessings Additional Investigation boss is called the Temple Guardian, and can be fought at the last area of the dungeon. The Temple Guardian utilizes wide AOE attacks that deal a ton of damage, as well as spawning smaller mobs like Laser Gazers.

Aim to punish its beam attack

The Temple Guardian has a straightforward beam attack that goes on for quite a while, strafe to the side when it charges the attack, and go for punishing blows!

Avoid the red circle on its AOE attacks

The Temple Guardian boasts a powerful circular AOE attack. A red circle will mark the area before he attacks. Aim to avoid the circle, as being nearer the center will deal more damage to you. Always be on your feet!
