Coconuts in Once Human have always been an interesting topic among the player base. With debates about what is the best tool to get coconuts? Where is the best location? What is the purpose? Well, we have put together a complete guide that covers a few easy coconut locations in Once human and what the best purpose is for them.
What is the Purpose for Coconuts in Once Human?
Coconuts only have two key reasons for them at the moment. The first reason is that it is an easy food to eat while venturing around Nalcott, which can give you +15 hydration. But the main reason players are looking for them is for the Assorted Canned Fruit.
The Assorted Canned Fruit will fill up your food and hydration levels but will give you the “Cool Head” Buff. This increases your Weakspot DMG by 25% when your sanity is above 80%. So, if you are running a weakspot build such as the Bingo sniper rifle. This is a huge increase in damage.
Sadly, the developers have not put in coconut seeds, so you will need to go and cut coconut trees down in Nalcott.
Where to Find Assorted Canned Fruit Recipe?

Before we head off out to go and get coconuts, you will want to prepare yourself with the right tool for the job and also know what you are looking for exactly so you do not miss out on any coconuts.
What Do Coconuts Look Like in Once Human?
In order to find coconuts, you are looking for Coconut Palm trees. Once you have discovered some, look up, and you can see the coconuts actually hanging on the tree. There are some instances where you will discover the Coconut Palm tree, but they will not have any coconuts hanging. Which will only give you wood logs and no coconuts.
What Is The Best Tool To Get Coconuts in Once Human?
There have been lots of questions about what tool is best for the job. Some players speculate using the Silver Pickaxe from the Mastery Memetic is the best as it says it gives random fruit when logging, but from our testing and time to efficiency, the chainsaw/Advanced chainsaw is the best.
Unlock either chainsaw memetic from the Infrastructure menu and craft it from the Supply Workbench. This is all we need in order to reap lots of coconuts.
Best Location to Find Coconuts in Once Human?
Coconut Palm trees can be located all around Nalcott, especially in the Broken Delta area, but we will share two top locations for coconuts. These locations will allow you to get way more than you need, so you can happily share with your hive members or sell them to others.
Location 1
The best location we have found is just besides the teleportation tower next to Sunbury and Sunbury Middle School. This location is by far the best for many reasons. It contains more than enough coconut palms to gather. It has banana trees right beside them too, if you want them aswell.
But most importantly, it has a teleportation tower nearby. This means you can gather all the coconuts and if they have not respawned in time, you can easily change worlds, and they will be instantly respawned.
Location 2
The second location is just as good, but sadly, you will have to wait for the coconuts to respawn each time. As the teleportation tower isn’t close enough to just keep changing worlds, thankfully, they have a fairly fast respawn time, so you can easily just go semi-afk and get them.
This location is just above Citrus County and near Deadsville. Head over there and cut the trees down, and before you know it, you’ll have heaps of coconuts and plenty of logs too!
