Bloodblight Swamp in Runescape: Dragonwilds is a painful place to journey through. It is full of dangerous monsters, acidic pools and most annoyingly – Poison. As a result, before venturing to the Bloodblight Swamp – please bring Anti-Poison potions and/or Grilled Mushroom Skewers. Our Bloodblight Swamp Vault walkthrough will handle the rest.
Bloodblight Swamp Vault Walkthrough Section
Below is an easy to follow, straight to the point Walkthrough of each Vault in this zone.
Vault Core 1
Upon entering the Vault, take a right, leading down into a green gas-heavy section. Keep left of the room until you find an exit – leading to the first Vault Core.
Keep an eye on the surrounding areas you pass through – there is a couple of boulder-blocked rooms or even destructible weak walls! Usually, they contain additional Ore nodes or materials.
Vault Core 2
Right after looting the first Vault Core, take a left into yet another poison gas-filled room. Head straight across and up the stairs into the next room. This room contains your first Dragonkin Effigy. Interact with the statue to unlock the recipe for the “Wild Archer Cowl” – one part of a three-part set for Archers. You can find all three recipes for the set in the Bloodblight Swamp.
Dragonkin Effigy 1
After interacting with the effigy, head up the stairs and over the bridge that hangs overhead. Continue through to the next section, indicated by this staircase with fire traps.
Heading through this section leads you to a wall section to crouch through, another fire trap and a staircase leading up. At the top of the stairs is the lever room. Pull the lever but after, take a left instead of heading to the main room.
Heading left takes you into a room with a bit of platform jumping to attend to. Follow the platforms and jump over them in a straight line until you can take a left again. Just above you, you’ll find an opening blocked by boulders. As a result, make use of your “Rocksplosion” Spell to break it open. Next, use your “Windstep” to jump into the hole.
Just like that, you’ve found your second Vault Core!
Dragonkin Effigy 2
The second Dragonkin Effigy is very close by to the second Vault Core. Hop back down the hole you just jumped up through to reach the second Vault Core. Directly across the room, you should already be able to see the Dragonkin Effigy statue – continue in a straight line, being careful not to fall to reach the statue. This Effigy unlocks the “Wild Archer Body”.
Doing a 180 spin from the Effigy and heading straight leads you to another lever room. Pull the lever and head to the main room, and as a result – the “boss room”.
Vault Core 3
In the boss room, there isn’t much resistance other than a single Plague King rat. However, as expected, the third and final Vault Core is located here! However, that’s not all – the third and final recipe for the “Wild Archer” set is located here too (as seen in the image).
Dragonkin Effigy 3
This Effigy gives you the recipe for the “Wild Archer Chaps” – completing the 3-set recipe.
Congratulations, you’ve successfully cleared the Bloodblight Swamp Vault.
