Should you be adventuring throughout Ashenfall, you’ll have come across a decent amount of Vaults. Vaults hold both great resources, and some interesting secrets. Just below the RuneCrafting Guild (North of Temple Woods), there is a Vault. Inside the Vault, with the use of clever thinking – you’ll find and activate the Highlighting the Problem Quest in Runescape: Dragonwilds.

After starting the Questline, you’ll clearly be able to see a circle indicator marked around the RuneCrafting Guild. As a result, if you’re ready, begin to be on your way to the RuneCrafting Guild by following the path.
Step 1: RuneCrafting Guild Statue Location
To the left of the RuneCrafting Guild, as you approach from the pathway up is an archway. Through the archway, a Mage-like figure of a statue can be seen immediately. Approach the statue and interact with it to progress.
The statue asks you to select one of three names as an answer to the statue. For this Quest, the answer is 1 – Pthentorok. Answering with the correct response activates the statue, revealing an Orb.
Step 2: Charging the Orb
To charge the Orb, you’ll be looking up to the towers of the RuneCrafting Guild – as they have the pedestals to charge the Orb with. As a result, the easiest way to climb up to each is to utilize the “Windstep” Spell to increase your jump height. There is 3 pedestals to charge the Orb on.
The next pedestal can be seen to the left of the image above. Once you’ve charged the Orb on both these pedestals, the final pedestal is on the opposite side of the Guild to the first pedestal.
Now that the Orb is fully charged – bring it back to the Statue you found it from to receive your reward!
For completing the Quest, you’ll unlock the Staff of Light. This weapon is a Power Level 4 weapon – meaning it is incredibly powerful. As a result, we highly recommend starting and completing the Highlighting the Problem Quest in Runescape: Dragonwilds.
