Developers Hello Games soared into the gaming scene since the controversial launch of No Man’s Sky during 2016. However, since then, No Man’s Sky successfully completed a redemption arc after years of updates and work put into the game. Now, with some time and experience under their belt, a new ambitious title has been announced. This is the Light No Fire Announcement trailer.
What is Light No Fire?
Light No Fire is the upcoming ultra-ambitious game by Hello Games. For anybody familiar with No Man’s Sky, the game promises huge, expansive worlds to travel to, on a literal universal scale. Light No Fire is an open-world co-op experience set in a fantasy world. As a result, a large multiplayer emphasis is placed on this game to give an MMO vibe, similar to No Man’s Sky.
The upcoming game Light No Fire presents you with an entire larger-than-life world to discover. In this title, you do not play as a hero, instead, you’re simply just one of many in the world living out your days. The world is ripe with mystery, lore tidbits and a fight for survival. A distinct love for the fantasy genre can be found at the helm of Light No Fire.
Gameplay
Light No Fire aims to be a fully open-world experience on a grand scale. Instead of multiple worlds such as No Man’s Sky – Light No Fire boasts one singular, impossibly massive world. Some key gameplay elements suggest a set of survival-like mechanics like building and gathering. The planet is procedurally generated and holds many different playable animal species and races for your character. Both melee and ranged combat will be present in the game.
Mounts
Throughout the Light No Fire Announcement trailer, mounts were showcased a large amount! The mounts ranged from horses, to lizard-like creatures, to magnificent dragons. There’s likely many other types of mounts we have not yet seen!
