The same map, which is the Bahari Bay, heads over to the Proudhorn pass pinpointed by the waypoint. This is the location of the second statue.
Since the next statue is on the other side of this massive wall, Cross this bridge and there would be a passageway leading to the other side. That will lead straight ahead to Proudhorn Pass.
Climb this mountain to interact with the second statue.

The 3rd statue is located between The Outskirts and Flooded Steps of Bahari Bay. The exact location is marked with the waypoint.
