Najuma is a creative and skilled elf tinkerer and the only child of Hodari the Miner, she may be shy but when it comes to her interests such as explosives she will blow your ear when she talks about it. She always enjoys working with her inventions instead of having company. In addition, she is one of the important characters since she is related to the others like Hodari and Chanye.
Najuma’s Map Location
Najuma can usually be found at the workshop below the Pavel Mines at Bahari Bay, where she spends her day tinkering with her inventions. She usually wakes up at 10 am and goes around the lake in front of her house and proceeds to the workshop, she leaves the workshop at 5 am and moves to sleep. Najuma is quite a passionate tinkerer.
Note: You can delay every NPCs schedule by chatting with them nonstop or by just staying in the chat interaction instead of exiting.
Quests
Najuma’s quest can be quite a rollercoaster of emotions, it can either be fun or sad due to the storyline. She also has one of the most important quests since you can get a specific tool with her help!
- Like a Bird – A quest initiated by Najuma to craft you a Glider
- Louder than Words – A quest initiated by Najuma which includes Hodari
Friendship and Romance
Palia added a system in which you can befriend the people of Palia and even have a romantic relationship with them! This system adds a whole new meaning to “talking to the NPCs”. This might seem like a hassle, but you have it wrong! This system rewards the players through their hardships with the NPCs which will affect your in-game experience and progress. Currently, there are two ways of gaining friendship points with the Palians, first is by interacting with them or chatting with them every Palian day to increase your friendship points bit by bit.
The other way of increasing your friendship points is by giving them a gift that resets every day (not in Palian day). You can also know their favorites or their weekly wants by clicking the “know their weekly wants” button located at the chatting interface. With enough friendship points, you will be able to unlock some of the Palian’s relationship quests. Not all of them can be your lover such as Najuma, only a few of them can be a candidate as your love interest.
It is common to fall for multiple people in Kilima, it is a custom to offer a pin to your lover as a sign of your devotion to each other, which basically works like a wedding ring. Quite exciting right? Make sure to clear up your mind before giving a pin to one of the Palians.

To establish a great friendship with a Palian you should know what their likes and hates are! Every Palian has their own taste when it comes to gifts. Giving a random gift that they might not like will lead to a loss of friendship points.
