Requirements to Unlock the Ancient Vault in Palia
Tons of steps must be done to unlock the vault. Once you’re ready, start the steps listed below.
- The Like a Bird quest must be completed, you can complete it by creating the Glider by giving materials to Najuma. This quest is needed because you will need the Glider to cross the cliffs to access the passageway leading to the Vault. This step is crucial for knowing how to unlock the ancient vault in Palia.
2. After you’ve crafted the Glider, The Echoes of the Unknown quest will pop up at the right portion of your screen. Shown in the image above. This quest will help you to unlock the ancient vault in Palia.
3. The flag that is shown on the map is the location of the quest. It is found in the north middle portion of the map. Do not worry since there is no time limit in this quest! You can take your time while traveling to the location.
4. Once you have seen the falls, turn right to the wooden bridge and follow the path.
5. Go straight and you will see a door. Take your time on your adventure because there are a lot of mazes that you will encounter unlock the ancient vault in Palia.
6. Enter the ruins and go straight ahead up to the second entrance until you see Jina waiting for you!
7. Next is to find Jina in the cave and talk to her. She will be amazed that you have crafted the Glider. The relationship should be changed into “Curious Colleague”.
8. As I said earlier, this is the cliff that you will need to cross. A single jump of yours would not make this distance, so prepare your Glider!
9. There you will find two entrances, take the left entrance and you will see two stairs. Do not go take the two stairs. Instead, Go straight past them.
10. After you pass the arc you will see a set of books, besides it is the Ancient tome. You can read it to pique your interest in the lore of Palia! On your right side, you will see another arc. Cross it and turn right once again.
11. Climb the stairs. You will see a door, but disregard it since you cannot access it. There will be a ledge on the right side.
12. Claim the chest that is camouflaged. It has valuable resources inside.
13. Now go back to the pond of water you saw earlier. Use your watering can to pour some water on it and stand above it.
14. This will push you up to your next destination to finish the step on how to unlock the ancient vault in Palia.
15. Land on the stairs and climb it. Then follow the path upwards and straight ahead.
16. You will see a puzzle, solve it by moving the tiles. The puzzle should look like the image below. This is also a crucial part of how to unlock the ancient vault in Palia.
17. Once you completed the puzzle, a story cutscene will show one of the four pillars of Ancient Vault being unlocked.
This is the first pillar you can unlock in the Ancient Vault.
18. Now go back to the stairs, and you will see the cliff you jumped off earlier. Cross it and climb the rocks to return to Jina. Talk to her and complete the quest.
20. The Echoes of the Unknown task is complete. Go straight ahead and exit the ruins.
21. Go to the location where there is a flag pinpointed. It is found on the west side of the map.
22. Once you have seen the bridge at the front of the waterfalls, Cross it and on the right side you will see an entrance to the Night Sky Temple.
