Remember, to equip your Fishing Rod or any tool of your choice – press and hold the “R” key!
Skill
The Skill family that the Fishing Rod in Palia belongs to is the Fishing Skill. The main NPC for this Skill is Einar. Fishing is home to everything related to fishing and the joys of the open water. To level up the Skill, use your Fishing Rod in any big body of water and catching the fish there, will progress you in the Skill!
Einar has to be directly spoken to, to use their Guild shop, compared to other stores that are available through interacting with their Cash Register. This does mean, however, there will be times when Einar is not at the Fisherman’s Lagoon. Make sure to keep an eye on the time so you don’t miss them! - Standard Rod – Requires Level 3 Fishing
- Fine Rod – Requires Level 6 Fishing
- Exquisite Rod – Requires Level 9 Fishing
Each Upgrade of the Fishing Rod improves the line health! Each Fishing Rod in Palia needs to be crafted, usually requiring the previous Tier Rod and other materials such as Planks and Copper and higher tiers of those materials.
