What are Starborn Powers?
Unlike skills that merely enhance your weapons, equipment, or physical prowess, and improve NPC interactions and other everyday in-game activities, Starborn Powers are new awe-inspiring gifts bestowed upon you by ancient artifacts and mystical temples within the game. These powers can be harnessed during both combat and exploration, although many of the powers’ true potential often shines brightest in the heat of battle. You can only activate one Starborn power at a time.
How to Get Starborn Powers?
You can acquire your initial Starborn Power, Anti-Gravity Field, by completing the “Into the Unknown Quest.” The remaining Starborn Powers are obtained through the “Power from Beyond Quest.” Follow this step-by-step guide to complete both quests.
Into The Unknown Quest
The quest commences with a conversation with Vladimir Sall at The Eye Space Station in the Alpha Centauri System. He will provide you with the locations of two crucial artifacts. Additionally, you’ll be tasked with locating another Constellation member named Andreja. The locations will be marked on your star map.
Proceed to these locations to locate Andreja and the two artifacts. Locations for this quest can vary from player to player so we cannot give exact coordinates. Be prepared for combat encounters along the way.
After successfully discovering the artifacts, return to the Lodge to add them to your Artifact collection. Following this, return to The Eye and engage in another conversation with Vladimir. He will provide you with yet another location.
Journey to the location indicated by Vladimir to investigate an Anomaly that matches the signature of one of the Artifacts. Utilize the Scanner to track distortions, eventually leading you to Temple Eta. The discovery of Temple Eta will grant you the first Starborn Power, Anti-Gravity Field.
Power From Beyond Quest
Once again, consult Vladimir to obtain the locations of the Temples that can bestow additional Starborn Powers.
Travel to these locations and, similar to the previous quest, utilize the Scanner to pinpoint the temple’s location. Enter the temple, where you will be rewarded with a new Starborn Power.
Locate the remaining Temples to acquire the remaining Starborn Powers.
