Electrician Toolbox A key is required to access the Electrician Toolbox in Dead Island 2. Ocean Avenue in Dead Island 2 is filled with sealed safes and containers that can only be opened with the proper keys.
Even though many other keys are scattered across the map, the key to the Electrician Toolbox can be located in one of the safes before the game’s conclusion. The reason for this is that only after the player has progressed through the game and returned to Ocean Avenue will they be able to locate the special undead that must be defeated in order to obtain the key.
This Dead Island 2 tutorial will instruct you on how to acquire the Electrician Toolbox Key. This will unlock a container with a lethal weapon inside.
Electrician Toolbox Key Location
In order to acquire the Electrician Toolbox Key, The player must finish the Ocean Avenue main quest line. If you have already finished the quest, backtrack to the location shown in the map and there you should find Faulty Electrician.
Faulty Electrician is a Voltaic Zombie. An Apex zombie that uses electricity to shock your character. In this fight, you can use a ranged weapon to easily dispose of this enemy. Be aware not to use shock-type weapons, as the voltaic zombie is immune to them. Disrupt its attack by throwing something or using a firearm.
Once stunned, you can use this window to apply stacks of status effects to drain their stability. If you want to fight this mini boss with a melee weapon with blunt damage, you can use a bulldozer-type weapon in this fight to counter its type. Actively dodge their attack and smash them during this window.
Once you killed Faulty Electrician , It will drop the Electrician Toolbox Key. You can then now proceed to the Electrician Toolbox Location.
