All Fossils in Springlands

Enshrouded has just come up with an exciting new feature whereby players can collect and showcase special items within their base. One of these many new collectibles includes fossils, which can be placed on a Fossil Showcase Table for display purposes.

This guide will help you in collecting all fossils located in Springlands, the starter region of Enshrouded. By the end of this guide, you will know exactly how to find every fossil, and even some helpful tips on how to display them in your base.

Unlocking the Springlands Region Fast Travels

Ancient Spire – Springlands

Be sure to unlock Ancient Spire – Springlands, if you haven’t yet. This will allow you the freedom to fly in the region to make it a lot easier to reach all of the fossil locations.

Ancient Spire – Low Meadows

Another important location you will want to unlock is the Ancient Spire – Low Meadows. Once unlocked, it provides a strategic point from which you can quickly fly over to the various fossil locations in Low Meadows.

Fossil Locations in Springlands

Overview of Fossils in Springlands

Within Springlands, there are five fossils that can be collected. Each of them can be found in another area of the region, and we will go through each location in the following sections.

Fossil 1: Elevated Sea Urchin

The first fossil is located to the south of the Ancient Spire in Low Meadows. It is located east of the Ancient Vault – Carpenter.

Fossil 2: Sea Urchin Cluster

The second fossil lies southwest of the Ancient Spire in Low Meadows and northwest of the Carpentry Camp.

Fossil 3: Big Ammonite

The third of these fossils is buried within the Saline Quarry, east of the Cinder Vault. You can teleport to the Cinder Vault and then fly over to the Saline Quarry to retrieve the fossil. Cinder Vault is where players/flameborns spawn when they first start their game.

Fossil 4: Ammonite Imprint

The fourth fossil in Springlands can be found in the Egerton Salt Mines, northwest of the Ancient Spire – Springlands. The exact location is inside the Critter Nest.

Once you enter the cave, you will see the Fossil in the middle of the Critter Nests

Fossil 5: Round Sea Urchin

The final fossil in Springland can be found in the west of Necropolis, northwest of Ancient Spire – Revelwood. You will need to walk for a bit as it is near the border of Revelwood.

Are there any challenges or enemies which one should become aware of while collecting fossils?
Indeed, some places will be guarded by enemies or is inside Enshrouded Area which prevents one from accessing some of the fossils. Be prepared for this, and make sure you’ve obtained the right gear and potions for these challenges.
