Today we plan to dive a little deeper into the hidden treasures of The Lord of the Rings™: Return to Moria™ with Artefacts in Return to Moria.

From magic items like swords that glow when orcs are nearby, to books with forgotten crafting plans. The depths of Dwarrowdelf are promised to hold unimaginable wealth and ancient artefacts.

So far we have been told about 4 distinct types of treasures we can expect to find.

Treasures

Ancient magic artefacts: We can expect to see mythical weapons and maybe armour with special abilities like glowing in close proximity to orcs.

Ancient crafting plans: We expect to see long lost ancient blueprints to be able to craft (link to crafting page) ancient structures, consumables, armor, weapons and more.

Ancient maps to long lost resources: There have been long talks of old maps with the locations of long forgotten mines and treasures . Deep below the mountains we are set to be able to find treasure maps guiding us to these ancient resources.

Ancient amulets lost to time:
The ancient trinkets, like amulets, are said to give their wearer unimaginable strength or wisdom before they get lost in the mountains. Powerful dwarfs would carry many of these ancient trinkets.
