Enshrouded Skill Tree

Enshrouded has a relatively large skill tree which can be confusing at times if you are not sure what role you want to play yet. We will go over an Early Game build that you can use to start your journey in Enshrouded. We will also cover a few other builds that we have found useful and strong.

Skill Tree

Early Game Skill Tree

Our Early Game Skill Tree covers the basics and helps you not have to spend resources. It lets you be able to stay out farming longer and gives you great mobility. Below is a screenshot of the skill tree.

Early Game Skill Tree 1
Early Game Skill Tree 2

This build will help you deal the most amount of damage with your early-game weapons, especially from the back. The active abilities we went for in this build are:

  • Double Jump – This is great for mobility and generally something we would use on most builds.
  • Blink – This also gives mobility but can also stun and damage enemies, so it is great for combat.

Tank Skill Tree

The Tank Skill Tree consists of lots of Constitution which gives you Health, an increase in armor, and overall tankyness. We have also incorporated skills that can help deal decent damage while tanking. Below is what we recommend:

Tank 1
Tank 2

This build gives you some good mobility as well as stamina gain from parrying correctly. The active skills we went for in this build are:

  • Double Jump – This is great for mobility and generally something we would use on most builds.
  • Jump Attack – This allows you to do a jump attack that deals 50% more weapon damage in a small blast radius.
  • Merciless Attack – This is a powerful attack that can be performed on an overpowered enemy by pressing E.

Melee DPS Skill Tree

Melee DPS can either use a one-handed weapon such as a sword or mace, or they can use a two-handed weapon. This build covers both of them allowing you to switch between the 2 types of weapons as needed.

Melee DPS 2

You also have some great mobility with this skill build as well as deadly backstab damage. The active skills we went for in this build are:

  • Double Jump – This is great for mobility and generally something we would use on most builds.
  • Sneak Attack – This deals 10x the damage to unaware enemies.
  • Jump Attack – This allows you to do a jump attack that deals 50% more weapon damage in a small blast radius.
  • Shockwave – This triggers a shockwave that increases nearby enemies’ stun bar and pushes them back when overpowered.

Ranged DPS Skill Tree

Ranged DPS comes in 2 forms, the Mage/Wizard build, and the Ranger/Archer build. The Mage build consists of high magic damage with great mobility as well as some protection. The active skills we went for in this build are:

  • Double Jump – This is great for mobility and generally something we would use on most builds.
  • Blink – This also gives mobility but can also stun and damage enemies, so it is great for combat.
Mage DPS 1
Mage DPS 2

The Ranger build consists of high-damage, quick-firing arrows as well as some great mobility. The active skills we went for in this build are:

  • Double Jump – This is great for mobility and generally something we would use on most builds.
  • Updraft – This allows you to get a small height boost by pressing jump while gliding.
  • Eagle Eye – This greatly increases the zoom when aiming with the bow.
  • Bee Sting – You can draw and use your bow while gliding.
Ranger DPS 1
Ranged DPS 2

Both ranged builds are extremely strong and arguably the strongest builds in the game currently.

Healer Skill Tree

The Healer build is a mix between a healer and a mage DPS build. It benefits from both but mainly focuses on providing some form of heal to the party. This is our recommended skill tree build.

Healer 1
Healer 2

This build also provides good mobility as well as some protection. The active skills we went for in this build are:

  • Double Jump – This is great for mobility and generally something we would use on most builds.
  • Begone! – A magic-powered punch that pushes and stuns hit foes.
  • Blink – This also gives mobility but can also stun and damage enemies, so it is great for combat.
  • Martyr – When you are killed by an enemy, all allies within 50 meters will heal 30% of their maximum health.

These builds will be updated as more content and skills get released in Enshrouded.
