Shroud Spores in Enshrouded is a useful material found throughout various areas of the map. You’ll find yourself needing this material often as it is a main ingredient in Shroud Cores. Let’s see where the best place to start looking is!
Where do you get Shroud Spores in Enshrouded?
Basically, finding Shroud Spores is a fair simple affair fortunately! First, looking for areas of the map that’re classed as “Enshrouded” is key to finding the Spores. A good example location is shown below, Northeast of Braelyn Bridge. The indicator for an Enshrouded area is the blue fog that covers an area in the map, like the image below.
Once you enter an Enshrouded area on the map, a timer appears above your head, indicating the duration you can be in there for before things become problematic. You’ll instantly die once this timer goes out. So, it is recommended to go back and forth so this timer will reset and won’t ran out!
The quickest and easiest source is the Enshrouded monsters you’ll find dotted around the Enshrouded areas of the map! As a result, farm up the mobs and collect any Spores you find. Occasionally, you’ll also find patches of plant-life that can drop spores too in the area.
Shroud Spores and Metal Scraps are required to create the Grappling Hook. This tool is mandatory even in the late game, as it will help you reach certain heights that require grappling hook.
