Introduction
Welcome to our PvE Levelling Tank Build for Throne and Liberty. As I mentioned above the core idea behind this build is to be able to start working on your Tank Build early on so you can start investing the right resources in the right skills and gear while leveling up.
This Build should also allow you to tank Specters Abyss, Temple of Roar & Underground Cave of Desperation on your journey to Max Level.

Actives Upgrade Priority
Upgrading your active skills with this build can be done in a variety of ways. As most of your leveling experience will be done relatively solo you want to ensure you have a bit of damage output to ensure you can clear the mobs in Throne and Liberty effectively.
