These two perks allows players to have increased movement speed and also applies bleed damage to the enemies, which deals damage to the target over time. If you decide to upgrade the Moth Armor you can obtain a sleek effect called Jumpstart, which allows ranged attacks to have a 5% chance to refund 15 stamina.
