There are many weird and wonderful trinkets to be found in the Backyard. As such, one of the trinkets you will be able to find and access later on is the Biomedical Badge. As a result lets find the Biomedical Badge Location! For this trinket, we will travel to the sandbox, near the Black ant Lab! The sandbox is a special area that has a sizzle mechanic, as a result make sure to bring the Insulating Larva Spike to assist you!
First, the Biomedical Badge drops slightly differently compared to other badges. Instead the Biomedical Badge location is find via buried treasure in the Sandbox! To dig up the treasure, you will require a Tier 2 digging tool, namely the Black Ant Shovel! Once you arrive at the Sandbox, be on the lookout for a giant footprint!
Depending on the time of day or night you arrive at the footprint, it may seem that there is nothing special to be had. Fret not however as once the sun rises, you will begin to see sparkling glints scattered across the sandbox, including at the footprint!

Secondly, make sure to head up to this sparkling glint in the footprint and begin digging! There should be a prompt to do so. Once you have interacted with the glint area a few times a skeleton will pop out from beneath the ground, interact with it. And there you should find what you are seeking!
Finally, you can find in the skeleton inventory, the Biomedical Badge! This particular badge provides a very powerful benefit and allows you to passively gain health back over time! The trade off however is that in exchange it will drain your hunger. Perhaps picking up the Everlasting Hogstopper in Grounded will assist you in keeping a good balance during your adventures in the Backyard!
