There are many weird and wonderful Trinkets to be found in the Backyard. As such, one of the trinkets you will be able to find and access later on is the Broodmother Trinket. As a result the Broodmother Trinket Grounded can only be found by a rare drop from the Broodmother boss!
Preparation
First, make sure you are prepared, gear such as the Ladybug Armor is recommended for additional healing. For weapons something from our top 10 like the Spicy Coaltana is ideal as the Broodmother is weak to Spicy AND Slashing! Once you are prepared, head to the Hedge and locate the frisbee. There you can find the entrance to the Broodmother boss room. Something to note, you will require Broodmother BLTs to repeatedly summon the boss and defeat it to have a chance at dropping the Broodmother Trinket Grounded!
Second, this is not an easy fight until you have defeated the Broodmother a few times to understand the fight. Additional information to assist you in defeating the Broodmother can be found here. From here on out, just make sure you have enough healing items and begin your grind to obtain the Broodmother Trinket Grounded!

Finally, after a hopefully not too tedious grind – you will obtain your very own Broodmother Trinket in Grounded!
What does the Broodmother trinket do?
The Broodmother Trinket has an interesting effect that applies a poison effect on all summons you may have. This is via the Mutations such as the Spiderlings from Mom Genes and the MANT from Mysterious Stanger.
