The Mother Demon Set is a Tier III equipment set from Broodmother Parts. The collection consists of the “Mask of the Mother Demon”, “Chest of the Mother Demon”, “Greaves of the Mother Demon”, and its signature weapon, the “Club of the Mother Demon”.
The Broodmother
This optional boss can be found in the Hedge near the Flingman Flying Disc. You need to fight the Broodmother multiple times to complete the whole set. The Club of the Mother Demon is a 2-handed weapon that has high damage and a high chance of stunning enemies. It needs to be crafted in the Workbench and requires:
- Broodmother Venom x1
- Broodmother Fang x2
- Broodmother Chunk x2
The duplication cost of the club is 5,000 Raw Science.
The Mother Demon Set
The set is a Tier III armor set that gives medium defense. When the whole set is equipped it gives off the set effect poison nova. Poison Nova gives the player a chance to release a poison explosion every time it hits a creature. Also, note when the player upgrades any armor to the sleek upgrade, it gives another buff called venom coating, which lets the player apply venom to the enemy that it’s attacking.
The Mask of the Mother Demon
The Mask of the Mother Demon is the headpiece of the Mother Demon set. When this piece is equipped it gives the buff poison coating. It needs to be crafted in the Workbench and requires:
- Broodmother Fang x1
- Broodmother Chunk x3
- Silk Rope x10
The Chest of the Mother Demon
The Chest of the Mother Demon is the chest piece of the Mother Demon set. When this piece is equipped it gives the buff poison coating. It needs to be crafted in the Workbench and requires:
- Broodmother Chunk x3
- Broodmother Fang x4
- Silk Rope x10
The Greaves of the Mother Demon
The Greaves of the Mother Demon is the leg piece of the Mother Demon set. When this piece is equipped it gives the buff poison coating. It needs to be crafted in the Workbench and requires:
- Broodmother Venom x1
- Broodmother Fang x2
- Broodmother Chunk x2
